ESIC SSO Prelims Exam Pattern-2023
- ESIC SSO Phase-I (Prelims) is a qualifying exam.
- For each incorrect answer, there will be a negative marking of 0.25 mark.
- Phase-I will have Multiple Choice Questions.

(a) The Computer Skill Test (CST) – 50 marks and has a duration of 30 minutes. It consists of three parts:
(i) Creating 02 PowerPoint Slides – 10 Marks

(iii) Creating a table on MS Excel using formulae – 20 Marks
(b) Descriptive Paper-In the English Language (Letter Writing & Essay) exam, you’ll need to answer two questions worth 50 marks within 30 minutes. The exam will be conducted in English only.
